I completed the 21 day Detox with Heidi and I feel amazing! I wasn't hungry at all and it allowed me to break free of the diet soda addiction I had been battling for a lifetime. Heidi makes the process so easy. It's all very well planned out and the recipes are easy, delicious and made me appreciation whole foods again.
