Heidi is so lovely. She totally trusted me and my own body and helped me heal completely! I prefer natural methods to western medicine and Heidi is a very kind, egoless, and knowledgeable practitioner. When she was recommended to me - the person said that Heidi was who they go to when nobody else can figure out what’s going on. And they were totally right!

I went to Heidi for healing energy work. Heidi helped me with my gut health through her 21 day detox. I suffer from leaky gut with symptoms of gas, constipation, bloating and overall not feeling well. I know what foods are not good for my gut, but always have problems staying away from them. I decided to do her 21 day detox to help my gut bacteria get in balance and control my sugar and refined carbohydrate cravings. Boy, did it work! It was not hard. It took a little planning, but Heidi does such a great job with information, support and making the planning easy. I did not even crave the foods I was eliminating during the detox. I did not have to use any willpower. I felt great. I had such a great experience working with Heidi. After the many ups and downs of 2020 I decided to do the Purification/Detox program with Heidi. Why wait for 2021? I achieved amazing result through the program (weight/inches loss and clarity). Heidi is incredibly knowledgeable and really took the time to listen to my concerns and what my areas of struggle are. I've had a couple of appointments with Heidi. She set me up with some supplements, which are great. I also had an appointment for energy work, if you have not tried this yet I highly recommend it!
